Howden/Aston Lark

My most recent role was with Howden (formerly Aston Lark). I was hired to work on their rebrand from a marketing collateral side. Over the course of 10 months, I rebranded hundreds of documents and graphics ready for our big launch at the beginning of October 2023.

In this role within the Howden rebrand, I was responsible for not only reshaping Aston Lark's visual identity into the new brand but also played a crucial part in fostering a consistent and compelling brand for our arm of the now larger organisation. It was my team’s responsibility to ensure that we followed suit with everyone else, even possibly setting an example of how to tackle the rebrand. I dedicated a lot of time to understanding the new brand rules and guidelines. From previous rebrand experience, I understood that getting the initial steps right was key to not only me understanding everything, but also for me to teach my marketing team the brand too.
